The mission of M-DEAT is to ensure the equitable participation of Blacks in Miami-Dade County’s economic growth through monitoring of economic conditions and economic development initiatives in Miami-Dade County. Dr. Steve Gallon III will bring experience and perspective borne as a product of the community and from over 25 years of professional service as a teacher, principal, district administrator, superintendent and entrepreneur.
